East Midlands Compendium of Good Practice in Dementia Services

The Department of Health has compiled a Compendium of Good Practice from across the regions of England to support the local delivery of the National Dementia Strategy and to help improve outcomes for people living with dementia and their carers.

The request for examples of good practice from across the East Midlands, to contribute to the National Compendium, resulted in the submission of 25 examples. There was a limit on the number of service examples that could be included in the National document so this Compendium has been compiled for the East Midlands in order that details of all of the local good service examples are shared.
