Personalisation Programme Board Archive

The Personalisation Programme Board is no longer meeting as a formal Board. It was chaired by the Executive Director (Adult Services Group) at Lincolnshire County Council and membership was made up of the Personalisation Programme Director, the Department of Health Adult Social Care Programme Manager, Personalisation Leads from each of the 9 local authorities and other relevant stakeholders, including the East Midlands Improvement and Efficiency Partnership, in Control and Skills for Care.
