The Direct Payments Sub Group has been running for several years prior to the Personalisation agenda. Originally set up to consider the barriers to the uptake of direct payments, the group now meets every three months to discuss the practical aspects of administering the direct payments scheme and share good practice. The group consists of officers either working in the area of direct payments, or with a particular interest in making them work for customers.
